Happy New Year, yogis! It's been more than a week since the last Yoga Journal Fitness Challenge of the year wrapped up, and we wanted to send belated congratulations, AND also our best wishes for an amazing 2013. A special round of snaps to all those who participated in multiple Fitness Challenges since September, and especially to the amazing Pat V., who completed (and then some) all four of the YF Fitness challenges!
Wherever you are on this first day of the year — perhaps already deep into a downward dog, and/or recovering from a hangover — Yoga Journal and Social Workout send you our warmest wishes and hopes that your 2013 will be filled with amazing yoga practices and deep moments of peace.
