Thursday Late Yoga and Hot Water with Lemon
Hit Rock and Roll Anusara with Geoff Devaul, and found myself feeling reasonably good. Jumped with two legs into handstand. SHoulders still sketchy, but caffeine headache mostly gone, and energy good.

- B&H Veggie Burger, lettuce and tomato, and Barley soup
