i celebrate myself, and sing myself
Last week I accidentally checked off my Love Body Feat, so I'm posting the real thing now.
So far today:
2 hour milk & honey bath, with honey face mask
2 hours spent writing compliments to myself, on myself
And now I'm going to work on my house, the extension of my body, which needs to be filled with love.

I just wanted to take a minute during this challenge to write you a love letter, about all the things that make you wonderful.

Oh wells. I'll share something else, and part of that post.
1. I'm giving up regret for Lent. No guilt, no worry, no I shouldn't have. And, while doing this, working very hard to not do things I may regret. Yep, 40ish days of forgiveness and happy :)

Yep, that's my mind feat too. Thanks to a gift for Valentine's.
I definitely think this book is a MUST read for any woman who has made bad choices, slept with someone too soon, woken up wondering what the hell happened the night before, or just gets really confused about her choices in men boys.

But my belly feat was accidental. And lovely.
I am part of this group that meets once per month for dinners we call Third Thursday. I've only been once before this, but was elected to choose the location this month.
So Trattoria Spaghetto it was.

While still thinking about the past, and darker aspects of love and soul, I got the most shocking surprise.
Sentiments expressed, unasked, that I waited years to hear. The most beautiful things that I'd never been told, and had waited patiently for, and didn't know how to take.
So I said thank you.

I like to cut up books. Especially if they have pictures, and I can collage them. And definitely not important or valuable books, or books i should be reading.
Usually really old kids' books with crazy illustrations. But tonight, for the Soul Feat, I took out bad feelings on a book.

From the moment when I woke up and there was not a blizzard to keep me home, until the moment when I found out my roommate hopeful can't make it happen (you will be missed +1), had to have grown up conversations about grown up situations, and work just keeps piling up, despite my dedication to ignoring it.

cj and I had plans for another morning workout today, but I had left all my shoes at work from last week. So with the guilt of her serious leg pain from Friday's Leg Lifts ala Ginger (better mohawk?), I quickly agreed to spin after work.

Pilates with Ellen Barret - Thumbs up
A good video, with enough challenge to make it worthwhile.
But I prefer her non-Crunch series (123 Pilates) because it's designed a bit differently, and it doesn't strain my neck as much.
Either way, she's a great instructor. And for videos for tiny living rooms, Charity D is right on with this one.
Can't believe i'm the first to add this!

Oh My! Spa Castle
So this was my first visit to anything called spa, and my review is a bit different from the friend I brought along. In my opinion, this was by far the best way to spend $35 I could imagine. I don't see any reason not to stay for at least 8 hours. "Bade Pool" is my new favorite phrase.
