Yep, still doing whatever I'm told workout wise.
cj and I had plans for another morning workout today, but I had left all my shoes at work from last week. So with the guilt of her serious leg pain from Friday's Leg Lifts ala Ginger (better mohawk?), I quickly agreed to spin after work.

So I've been going about this training program fun first. Which was the most important part for me, because I was long overdue for some fun and spoiling. And I did have fun, and get spoiled (thanks everyone!! love love kiss kiss!!).

9 Days.
I need 9 workouts.
And I need good workouts. Hard workouts. Workouts that add to my pushup and situp count.
So - you plan it.
Today, I specifically need a hard hitting 30 minutes, cause I'm tight on time.
But tomorrow I'll have 45 minutes, and every other day I can devote an hour.
not a workout, just a dream
I'm standing in my office, and the strangest part is that it looks exactly accurate. Normally when I dream a location, I only recognize it because I know where its supposed to be, not because its accurate.
So, my office, 2 coworkers standing having a discussion about light bulbs.

Pilates with Ellen Barret - Thumbs up
A good video, with enough challenge to make it worthwhile.
But I prefer her non-Crunch series (123 Pilates) because it's designed a bit differently, and it doesn't strain my neck as much.
Either way, she's a great instructor. And for videos for tiny living rooms, Charity D is right on with this one.
Can't believe i'm the first to add this!

Oh My! Spa Castle
So this was my first visit to anything called spa, and my review is a bit different from the friend I brought along. In my opinion, this was by far the best way to spend $35 I could imagine. I don't see any reason not to stay for at least 8 hours. "Bade Pool" is my new favorite phrase.
