Short & sweet today. Greenberry Shakeology with apple juice, frozen strawberries & pineapple. Then 200 Kettlebell swings (100 1 arm, 100 2 arm). That's all for me today folks, but plan to kill it tomorrow!

Had Greenberry Shakeology with a little OJ, almond milk, frozen strawberries & peaches. Also, KB swings were one arm with a 20 lb KB. Will be doing more though with my planned workout here in a bit :)
