I didn't technically sleep for 7 hours, but I did go to bed for 7 hours, and attempted to sleep. Fitbit recorded 07:01 bedtime and 06:44 sleepy time but I think I got more like 5:44 sleepy time. I tried! I guess there was a football match because folks were honking, revving their engines, burning out their tires and making their vehicles backfire. This went on until about 11:45. Also, my alarm used to match up with the morning call to prayer, but now the call to prayer is at 4:56. Almost ten minutes before my alarm, so yeah, I am missing some sleep despite going to bed early. I ran today for 30 minutes, so that was great.

I made lentil tacos for dinner, which Dave said were his second favourite tacos that I had ever made ever. We eat tacos pretty often, so this is a huge compliment.

I was meant to go from a 25 minute run, which would have been my longest yet. Instead I ran for 30 minutes; yeah!

I walked and walked. It seems like I should be able to get a lot of steps during the day but in reality I get more like 2500 some days. That means an hour on the treadmill to get 10000 steps. This is not so amazing, and I need to take 15 minutes to walk around outdoors so I can eliminate boring treadmill steps.

I was actually feeling really weird, and wondered if I should go to the hospital. My pinkie finger had actually turned bluish-grey earlier in the day so I thought it might be best to take the day off.
