I ended up doing a hour of Zumba today!! Heat advisory and too hot during lunch to run/walk.....I have ate really well so far-----protein shake for morning meal and had veggie plate for lunch---drinking water ...
I am looking to be fit....I mean majorly fit. I was so fit in school....now being 40....cannot believe I am that age....weight creeps on you and I need to get back in shape and feel better....could use support from this site...
