Wanted to do more at the gym today, but I got weights and crunches in and a great Zumba class!
Great 45 minute bike ride today...now to get back to running!
Just got to walk today, but at least I got 3 miles in! I'm waking up early tomorrow and going straight to the gym and have decided I am going to have an awesome workout! P.S. I'll double up on my pushups tomorrow to make up for today!
Slow moving today with all of the snow outside, but I'm glad I at least got a two mile run in on the treadmill and some pushups! Just trying to keep steady right now and I'll get back to intensity soon!
Today was not the best day for being motivated due to the craziness of the storms here! I have a gym in my apartment and have a snow day tomorrow so I'm planning on working out first thing in the morning and getting my workout in! Back to being motivated....I've been really frustrated this week with my poor eating habits and lack of motivation. I haven't felt the benefits of my workouts and haven't really been in the right mindset. My kickboxing class is canceled tomorrow, but I'm still going to kick some butt in my apartment gym and get back on track!
