Lovely NYC run. Approx 4 miles, then breakfast at the old stomping ground, then walked the return. Then miles upon miles more of wonderful New York walking.

There's always lots of walking while in NYC, but in addition I made myself (and the mister) do 3/4 of an Angie in the tiny but chic hotel room: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats.

Very satisfying crossfit workout: 3 rft of run 800 m, 50 back extensions, 50 situps. I ran the 800s at a 7.5 minute mile pace--my fastest ever!
