Not wanting to interrupt the writing flow, I kept putting off getting food until I was super-duper-chew-my-arm hungry. The advantage to this was that being so light made my yoga practice better and I could twist more deeply. I'm also becoming something of a Waldorf kid in yoga classes that my friends teach, meaning that I do my own thing more and more rather than following to the lesson to the letter. As long as I don't start coloring in a corner and talking out loud to imaginary friends, they let me do what I want without calling me out and even offer support in the process.
