Sweets = this girl's biggest weakness. Day 1 and I've already had my dessert fill for the week! (I mean, who can resist a chocolate peanut butter cupcake? My coworkers are not helping my cleanse...)

Thanks to having a nutritionist as one of my roomies, my 2 roommates and I make vegetable/fruit juices each morning using a Breville juicer (of spinach, kale, apples, cucumbers, celery, carrots, lemon and sometimes ginger or parsley) - these juices are a great way to start the day with about 5-8 servings of fruits/vegetables a day!
For anyone doing the Great Spring Cleanse, this would be great to incorporate into your diet!
