I commit to 50 Reps per day for 15 days.
I have done back to back Zumba classes twice and also 5 classes in one day. Started Zumba classes 2 x a week in summer of 2010.
I commit to 15 Minutes per day for 30 days.
I commit to 1000 Reps per month for 1 month.
I commit to 60 Minutes per week for 4 weeks.
The state of the art in beating inertia.
