Going to Refine with my social workout ladies Amy and Christine. I want to sleep. zzzz. Roll that foam and bust a move.
Workin out 6:30am like its my job... Since it is... I'm beat! Back on the bike. I ate a big chunk of cake from Billy's bakery last night w my former office wifey. It's going to be a long day. Teachig the middle school drama queens about the environment thru theatre in queens- then an eve of teaching training at PURE tonight. Thank goodness were doing restorative yoga practice!
