My commitment is to spend at least 30 minutes a day writing creatively.
We generally walk Bodhi for at least 30 minutes a day, so I will commit to that.
Besides the 15 a day I hope to make EVERY breath conscious but most importantly, I am using this personal goal to commit to breathing consciously for 90 seconds every time I get the urge to eat something I really don't need.
I already journal just about daily, but do have some lulls and want to recommit.
One of the greatest gifts I've ever given myself has been to give my time to others.
An awesome addition to my personal goals...slaying those pesky self limiting dragons :)

Spoke my mind without getting charged emotionally. Felt absolutely powerful!
I climbed parts of a mountain that in the past would have literally petrified me. I also have had several opportunities of late to burn through a lot of ego by staying centered in my breath and feel amazingly lighter and brighter.
