Slipped a little in the healthy meals department today. Really mad at myself. But, after a long day of work I busted it to the gym where I did this whopper of a workout: 30 min run at 6.5 (thank you, Kings of Leon), Crossfit warm-up (which is some stretching, 10 squats with 4 lb bar, 10 back ex, 10 decline sit-ups, 10 pullups at 50lb assist, and 5 unassisted (!) dips), onto the Crossfit workout which consisted of 5 rounds of 7 handstand push-ups, 7 thrusters with 15 lb dumbbells, 7 knees to elbows, 7 65lb deadlift, 7 burpees, 7 20lb kettle swing, 7 50lb assist pullups. Ooof.

15 minute warm-up at 3.5, 10% incline. Crossfit warm-up, workout: 3 rounds of 800 meter run, 20 15 lb dumbbell squat cleans, 20 burpees. OUCH.
