Had a good short run today with intervals. Ate an English muffin with cheese, and drank some apple cider and orange juice. I think it's time for second breakfast.
Commuted to work on my bike. It's sort of exercise. I got sweaty.
Ran about 4 miles this morning, did 3 intervals of 4 blocks each.
