So I was looking over my totals for the month:
21 caffeinated beverages (no WAY I would have done this without the help of BP Cleanse)
8 alcoholic beverages (usually I avg at most 2-3 a month -- but a 6mo long project ended and well, Im surprised its not higher)
181 Fruits + Veggies (Im excited about this. Obviously 4 days of juicing helps, but still -- i like!)
27 workouts. (Ive been having IT band issues causing pretty sig knee pain since mid March; super depressed about the fact that I cant run - so Im excited about this number. I completed 10 yoga classes, plus another 17 - spin, TRX, jogging, biking workouts)
Thinking about my next challenge. I see a lot of folks thanking the SoWo gods that there wasnt a sugar/dessert limit for the month. I think we need to work this in on the next round. Limited sugar, workouts, water consumption.. 3 balanced meals/2 snacks... hmmmm...
Next week -- 3 day cleanse and then Mexico!!!
