I have greatly reduced my coffee intake to prepare for the detox week-end. For the past few days, I have noticed that I really get sick to my stomach after drinking just one cup. I have been drinking lots of herbal tea with fresh lemon balm and having fresh fruit smoothies with soy and raw almonds every morning.
My body is really craving this detox. I did one about four months ago and felt great, although a bit tired at first.
