Rest & recovery day - nice walk in the sun w/my husband while our daughter rode her bike in circles around us . . . .
Ending the challenge w/a bang - 75 minutes this a.m. - fasted metabolic circuit workout from my trainer, followed by slow, metabolism-reset walk a la the Metabolic Effect. Now refueling w/a giant green smoothie.
No Pilates private today b/c of Good Friday, so took a leisurely walk around the 'hood - really nice spring day - checking out the crocuses!
Make-up kettle bell workout - 36 minutes of super-efficient work - my first farmer's walks, crawling, rows . . . hard but great!
Red Cord Wednesday - 1 hour of hanging and planking and hauling my body around . . . suspended from the ceiling!
