Till end of March then hopefully April Yoga Challenge again.
Went for it. Week 4 Day 1 plus yoga in the am.
Rest day for my run/jog plan. Gave myself day of rest with yoga as well. Had a great time with friends for dinner this evening. Lots of laughs!
Completed week 4 day 3 then a 5 mile walk , Sunny Breezy Day! Could not have asked for a more perfect weather day.
A day of rain ahead, perfect for the lime applied to my yard in preparation of sod in 2 weeks. I do not like moles!
So happy! Actually jogged for a full 5 mins. without gasping for breath or wanting to stop. I quit smoking about 3 yrs ago after being a pack a day girl for close to 30 yrs.
