Zumba is quite fun...you do break sweat...gets your heart a pumpin...everybody should Zumba! ;-)
Treadmill workout Level 4.5 again and top mph at 3.0; no puppy walk raining today and now tis to hot; cardio besides treadmill walk; marching in place for 2 minutes, knees high; jumping jacks not very good at this seem to move to the left a lot; 10 pushups; my armpits are starting to hurt again; tried that plank squat thingy didn't go to well; shoulder rolls, windmill ; set of 8 each, 3 times; broke sweat again. Now onward to Zumba which I do believe is more Cardio. All I want right now is more water, balance, and flexibility.
Zumba research very interesting; dancing/exercising to music quite fun, I can imagine if doing it with a group of people would be like dancing at a night club or party. Sure does make your heart move and can see losing weight with this one. Oh by the way, I have lost another four (4) pounds since I have started and most muscles are taut and much stronger. I just love this place ;-)
I commit to at most zero (0) Servings of Inflammatory Foods per days for 21 days; DETOXING.
Did some research on Twisting Detox Workouts which is considered a Bootcamp Yoga to clean/detox system figure I would try this before the next challenge; also Zumba research made after selection seems as thought Zumba could be an 8 hour day event; which I will break it down to one hour per day; until I learn the steps and understand the movements. Now onward to meditation and my puppy walk...Have a wonderful day today, SWBuddies, enjoy, smile, and have FUN!
Treadmill for 30 mins; highest incline level 5.0; highest speed 3.0; broke sweat...feeling good. Drinking water to replenish.
I commit to 1 Zumba Class per day for 14 days.
I commit to 4 Twisting Detox Workouts per month.
I commit to 15 Minutes Meditation per day for next 8 days.
I commit to 3 Cardio Workouts per week for the next one week or 9 days.
I commit to 8 Glasses of Water per day for next 9 days.
30 minutes of different selections of exercising outside this morning; 20 windmills, 20 shoulder rolls, stretching and breathing, marching in place for 2 minutes; etc., took puppy for a 30 minute walk this morning and now onward to watering my gardens. Hope everyone is enjoying today and smiling.
20 minutes on treadmill; 30 minutes of weeding, and 30 minutes of great conversation and laughter with hubby on the deck. Life is good. Puppy is happy, hubby is happy, and I am happy. :-)
+4 more glasses of water; continued weeding hillside; loads of bending, stretching and more meditation; such a wonderful day and more on the way. Good Night all, pleasant dreams and awake slowly, stretch softly, and ENJOY your day! ;-) Liz
+5 GLASSES OF WATER, Workout running around watering all my plants; 30 minute walk with puppy early AM; cleaned the whole downstairs and 2 Bathrooms; now doing laundry...15 minutes of outside meditation...and weeding of my flower garden hillside; I feel like I have lost 15 lbs with all this outside (sweating) cleaning and getting prepared for summer...the best of the best...Nature, I love nature! :-)
Had a tough day in the sun today, very hot here but finished potting all my extras and moved all my plants to porch and deck; we ate outside this evening with the sun, we have waited all winter long for this joyous part of spring into summer; it is breath-taking. I went back to the original yoga exercise with Kate H., today, I love the breathing and stretching and I had ran out of energy basking in all the sun. Got Yoga in but not the one for this day, maybe later this evening. Hope everyone is enjoying their days and goals. Have Fun and Smile. :-)
