I commit to 20 Miles per week for 4 weeks.
Hooray Social Workout for helping me to run more miles this week than I have in quite some time.
Also did a Bodyrock workout (step up/lunge back, 30 per leg 3x + 2 tabata intervals of jumping rope). Someone's gonna be sore tomorrow!
Because when I'm upside down, I think I'm reverse aging. :)
I commit to 10 Reps. per day for 7 days.
