800M swim and 18K bike ride :)

30 min run - 3K
Did some work pulling weeds in the garden - does that count as an upper body workout?
10K bike followed by a 2K run. . . . sore!
Ran in the Riga Marathon 5K today - did pretty good! Ran it in less then 40 mins :) I am pretty proud of myself.
