Took Electra for a ride today. (Yes, I did name my bicycle.) Little Red Lighthouse to the Freedom Tower & back on the Greenway. Gorgeous morning. 3 hours. Excuse me while I take some Advil.

Started using the Couch to 5K podcast again today; it was a beautiful morning for some interval training. Planning to run the Central Park Conservancy 4M in July. Jogged past what looked to be the boot camp in Ft. Tryon Park that I purchased a 20-pack to on Groupon a few back, too - I think that's going to be awesome. Better get on that before it gets too hot out.
The fitbit so far has been great; I also purchased their aria scale. While I am less than delighted with the data it is giving me, that is no fault of the machine's, if you know what I mean. Time to step things up. My schedule should open up quite a bit after today, and I am very much looking forward to a summer dedicated to my mental & physical well being. Here's to that.
