Upright bike, med to med/easy. Nothing else tonight.
I commit to 2 Classes per week for 2 weeks.
Two spin classes with weight routine in between- light weights, high reps (my "workout"). Both classes and weights by the same instructor. She said to the spinners in the first class if we could do the second class it would be free. She convinced me even though I was pretty much done after class one.
I let up on the resistance somewhat for class two and made it through- but it was still rough. It's making me think I may be able to do three straight if I prepare for it. I don't know if she'll give me the last two classes free but next week this instructor will be doing three in-a-row!
No weights, just spin class. Probably good to rest as I had a couple of slight leg cramps today.
Spinning, 30 mins (non class), and 2 circuits of weights. I was supposed to rest today and was plenty sleepy late in the day but was also pumped up for some work.
Spinning and upright bikes, 30 mins. Got in three sets of weight and exercise routines today. I read that weight lifting- or 'muscle building"- is more effective at burning calories than aerobics. I'm skeptical but since my aerobics are limited anyway, I'm going with the weights!
Upright bike, good resistances, with 10 mins at levels 14-16. Did just 1 set of 8 exercises I'm following.
