Rode loops around town today, another fine warm day. For my workouts, I did a killer spin class of 1:20 hrs which left me completely drenched. Then, I went to my regular gym for weights.
Easy group ride of 39 mi. Later on, I rode 5 mi in the park and ran two on the track, both of which were really hard.
Did the canal trail on bike. When I got home, ran 3 miles in the park. I ran on the track in the dark which was cool.
No workout today. Just rode my bike an hour around town and also started a new round of physical therapy for my foot. I actually left the place in more pain than when I went in which can't be a good sign.
Ran 4 miles on the new track at the park. Today was the official opening day although people have been going on it anyway for two weeks. The run was not so easy for me because I was already overheated from spending part of the day in the hot, humid weather for work (in a wool suit).
Pretty good workout on the upright bike at the gym. Also, did weights and exercises. Got to ride my black bike outside today. It had been laid up for a week with 3 flats on the rear tire- even without riding it! I hope it's ok now, especially with a big bike tour coming up this Sunday which I may want to do.
