45min intervals on the treadmill -- even tried out some very light jogging to see how the foot feels. Feels good. Going back to foot doc today - fingers crossed.
35 min Water Rower (and hope to squeeze in a walk later today outside)
45min hills workout on treadmill with hand weights -- better workout than I thought. Foot is feeling really good, but resisting urge to run on it. Going back to foot doc on Monday for my follow up visit. Hope to discuss some physical therapy options and slowly get back into running.
