I will make sure to always look for the positive and not dwell on the negative. Not to project into the future and live for the now. This will be my biggest challenge.
I commit to 15 Minutes per day for 7 days.
I will exercise at least 30 mins per day, for myself, my son and my husband. I want to be healthier.
I will relax and go to sleep and enjoy the slumber that awaits me.
To remain positive and not give in to my inner critic
