Make up posting for Thursday... I was working out of our delaware office so I had to get in a home workout!! Did Billy Blanks BootCamp Workout DVD and Core, Butt and Leg Workout on my Freestanding Ballet Barre!!! Great Home Workout!!
30 mins Eliptical Workout Intervals of Speed and Heavy Resistance followed by 30/60/90 Class. If you have not tried this class, you absolutely must!!! The Most Challenging Class I take...IT NEVER GETS EASY!
