I usually eat pretty healthy, but I want to slim down a bit so I can look sexy at a friend's wedding and also so my training for Cape to Cabot (a 20 km hilly race) is done strongly and efficiently. Thanks for introducing me to Social Workout Jennifer! This site will certainly keep me in line and help me set and achieve some great goals :o)
