I only had time for the first round of this because I had a 90 minute hot yoga class to get to, but I did it at the gym using the iFit90 app I mentioned last week as a guide and I did each exercise pretty much to failure rather then easing off like they suggest so I'd have something left for a 2nd round. I'm thinking I might use the gym for all of the P90X resistance training from now on because I have greater access to weights and equipment at the gym and I'm able to push myself more without having to listen to Tony talking about soup or pretending to be a pterodactyl. :oD

When I went out of town on business, I ended up using the Hotels fitnes center, (one of the nicest ones I have seen), and folks were literally stopping their workout to watch me. It felt kind of creepy, but made me work even harder. :-)

Yeah, I got a few looks as I raced around the gym going from exercise to exercise with no more than one set of each and very little rest in between. :oD

Again, I did this yesterday, but my home pc is still not working. Also, I did yoga at the gym and not Yoga X as I don't find Yoga X all that challenging, but I'm counting it anyway since I AM doing yoga.
