After a slothful weekend back to the gym. I thought about yoga, but really wanted some cardio after so much bus sitting. So I ran 3.25 miles doing some intervals-- increasing the speed one nudge every 10 seconds, up to 7.2 and then dropping back down to 6 or 6.5. Then there was a spring downpour which was a good excuse to stay for Body Pump for another hour. I thought I'd feel it in my legs today...maybe tomorrow.
Lunch outside with co-worker and then a very late night dinner and drink with Tom for our anniversary! Long bus ride to NY from Boston (same amount of time as if I'd flown to SF. Ugh) so reading.
A wedding! So...dessert. Counting the dinner as a mindful meal-- being social and nice while eating has got to count.
Bus ride. Loooong bus ride.
Lunch outside, dinner on the Common, a bit of cheese after the ballet and before bed.
