FINALLY back at hot yoga. Studio Breathe (my usual) was closed for 2 months!! due to new location/renovation delays. It was soooo good to take a class with Kimiko again. They are still under construction so no ventilation system except for open windows so it was extra super sweaty. Afterwards I felt like 2 months of toxins had come out of my body. Surprisingly nothing was sore when I woke up this morning.
pushups were done in the stairwell at work. also biked to and from yoga (about 10 min. each way).
watered the garden and then went for a run. it was hot out there. totally slowed me down. even though I complained about running in the cold the past few months, I think I actually prefer 50°F and rain over hot and sunny. I feel old and fat today.
gardening. got all the veg planted. my body is aching.
