My beautiful act today was feeding my co worker something homemade. My other beautiful act was letting my bosses' dog take me for a walk. She's a big one! HA!
I feel great, and I am closing in on my two year mark since starting this fabulous journey where I have learned so very much about myself. The biggest thing I learned was I am soooo much stronger than I thought. You know that NIKE commercial "JUST DO IT", well I " JUST DID IT!"
