Did my 2 mile run in 4 runs at 1/2 mile each. It took 7.5 minutes for each 1/2 mile. 36 sit ups were a breeze. I divided my push ups in to 2 sets of 25. The 36 burpees and 10 minutes of jumping rope were a killer.
