I didn't technically sleep for 7 hours, but I did go to bed for 7 hours, and attempted to sleep. Fitbit recorded 07:01 bedtime and 06:44 sleepy time but I think I got more like 5:44 sleepy time. I tried! I guess there was a football match because folks were honking, revving their engines, burning out their tires and making their vehicles backfire. This went on until about 11:45. Also, my alarm used to match up with the morning call to prayer, but now the call to prayer is at 4:56. Almost ten minutes before my alarm, so yeah, I am missing some sleep despite going to bed early. I ran today for 30 minutes, so that was great.

I made lentil tacos for dinner, which Dave said were his second favourite tacos that I had ever made ever. We eat tacos pretty often, so this is a huge compliment.

I was meant to go from a 25 minute run, which would have been my longest yet. Instead I ran for 30 minutes; yeah!

We had planned to blow off the regularly scheduled workout but when the day came, we just had to run. The gym was closed but we didn't even take that as a sign. We went to another gym!

I got all my steps at the mall pretty much. It's kind of cool that I don't mind traipsing all over the mall when I'm buying a size 10 dress, but when I was a size 18 I preferred to conserve my energy.

It was my rest day, and I thought I'd get my steps at the mall, but I really, really rested.

Whoa. Ten hours of sleep. Incroyable! I ran a pretty fast (for me) 5K on the treadmill, too.

I walked around the block twice, which is not a workout (I wore flip flops) but you know, I didn't NOT do it.
