pumpkin oatmeal 14.5 minute run in the am and 16.5 minute run in the pm.
Yay! I made it to 30 minutes today! Hooray!
i had sandwich thin with 1/2 boiled egg, slice of tomato, .5 oz cheddar 1 tsp oil & oregano. I forgot how much i enjoy running. Woohoooooo!
