was a little intimadated when I first looked at the exercises for this week-had to give myself a pep-talk. went better than I thought and feel really good after it! After a train wreak of a day-:( no gym :( no rollerblading :( MONDAYS :( !!!!

breakfast was a grapefruit, slice of double fiber toast with spray butter and green tea. 20 min on spinner bike and 30 min on step elliptical GOOD WEEK END TO ALL :)

breakfast today low fat cottage cheese and strawberries with cinnimon(no sugar) and green tea. Hope to get more cardio tonight-weights night at gym-will log it when I'm sure I don't snack after dinner-and stick to the 1 cup of coffee I already had!

did my gym routine-30 min of cardio-tight end workout. sumo squats ouch. 3 cups of green tea replacing coffee-not the same-I'll get use to it!

feel so strong today! :) you all may want to bullplop my breakfast-I always do egg white scramble, but today used the whole egg. I did add all kinds of veggies to it and skipped on toast. trying to kick my coffee habit-had green tea! 45 min. of cardio-lost track of time no gym today:( Is this the last day breakfast club?

pushups why do they kill me!!!- pushed a little harder on the others :) tired legs! stocked up on lots of raw veggies to go in my salads-I'm good! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND TO ALL!
