feel so strong today! :) you all may want to bullplop my breakfast-I always do egg white scramble, but today used the whole egg. I did add all kinds of veggies to it and skipped on toast. trying to kick my coffee habit-had green tea! 45 min. of cardio-lost track of time no gym today:( Is this the last day breakfast club?

pushups why do they kill me!!!- pushed a little harder on the others :) tired legs! stocked up on lots of raw veggies to go in my salads-I'm good! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND TO ALL!

ok was better doing in one min reps rather than for 2 min-I'm a little sore-but I know I used muscles different anyway. Never would have thought to do these exercises.Thankyou exercise tv!

Ok- looked at the challange-2 min I can do that- lol-some of it wasn't pretty! 2 mins is a long time if you don't hit that start button your timmer! But do like timing better than counting! hope I can do this to the end!
