had our school rally and we had to walk the students to and from the stadium, up hill and into the stands, i walked almost 5 miles this day, had my fruit and my water for the day.
walking and drinking water and snacking on fruit, yummmmm
walking up to 3 miles, played with the dogs in the backyard. had my share of fruit and water.
Eating more fruit, and drinking more water, using a pedometer putting up to 3-4 miles per day, not bad.
Monday 2nd week of school, can't do sit up or pushups due to medical condition, but walking up to 3 -4 miles per day. drinking water and eating more fruits.
Have medical condition that prevents me from pushups and sittups, dropped off my jen at sacramento, did 5 trips to the 3rd floor no elevator. Had water like crazy afterwards.
Can't do push up or sittups have medical condition, but i do boxing with weights. Does not drink sodas, maybe a sip, loves water.
Walking to class is a workout by itself. Park the car far away from the office, then go all the way the the end to get to the classroom. Had plenty of water and fruit today.
I have been drinking water like crazy. Went on for a walk (3 miles) good day.
