Personal Goals
Started this challenge, Will try to change my way of being to be healthy and be happier. Wants to look nice when my son gets married next year.
had our school rally and we had to walk the students to and from the stadium, up hill and into the stands, i walked almost 5 miles this day, had my fruit and my water for the day.
walking and drinking water and snacking on fruit, yummmmm
walking up to 3 miles, played with the dogs in the backyard. had my share of fruit and water.
Eating more fruit, and drinking more water, using a pedometer putting up to 3-4 miles per day, not bad.
