Personal Goals
I still have candy left, but not eating it in several days, yay! Went grocery shopping yesterday, did not my potatoe chips or candy. Wow. And eating less calories. Lost 3 pounds since starting this challenge. I am definately joining the next slim down, even though I only exercise for 5 minutes at a time, yet. Little steps, right?
