Push ups! Ok....well....l..l..l, I think you could call what I did push ups and sit ups. ;-) My sit ups; I had my knees bent, my shoulder blades did clear the carpet. My push ups; knees on the carpet and my elbows where bent going down. If I had tried to touch my chin to the floor, I would not have made it back up. I'm gonna do this, though!
