Rode my bike to work and back, then went to the Y for the new Cardio Kickboxing class that took the place of my beloved Interval Training. Wasn't super thrilled with the class. I felt like I was trying to keep up with all the choreography more than actually doing the exercises. Gonna have to shake up my schedule so I can do some other class more regularly.

Well, my wrist is officially back to being screwed up for who knows how long, again! I'm so bummed about it, can't put any pressure on it, so no yoga or push-ups. Luckily, it doesn't hurt to ride my bike, so I rode to work today. Tried to go to interval training last night, but the new teacher didn't show up. Looks like they changed it to cardio kickboxing, not sure how I feel about that.

Did my regular bike commute today, but had a spill. Nothing major, but it re-injured my wrist that had been sprained when I was hit by the truck this Spring. I'm so bummed. Going to take the next week off from exercise and hope that helps in recovery. Might ride my bike with a brace, but I don't want to push it.

Bike commute in the am/pm and Interval Training after work.
My teacher for this class that I've been attending regularly for 2 years is gone! So sad. I guess they wouldn't renew her license, even though she had been teaching there for 7 years. Such a loss! I have to credit Janka for whipping me into better shape than I had ever been before. Her class really challenged me to push harder and go stronger. She will be missed.
We have a new teacher. She seems nice enough. Not as high energy as before, but it's just different. I'm sore today, so it's not like we were sitting on our asses the whole time.

Rode my bike to footall, played for an hour, then rode home. Got back on my bike to run some errands in the evening.
