I was too sore from yesterdays uphill sprints. I just got done with Gold Gym cardio for the Wii and LOVED it :)
Late start on the computer but I ate my healthy breakfast and did some exercises
It's my birthday today :)
I woke up feeling really good about what I ate yesterday. Today I ate a small bowl of banana cheerios with 1/2 granny smith apple and only 1 cup of coffee.
I cooked Salmon with a cucumber salad. 1/2 cup Sherbert ice cream for dessert.
I woke feeling really good and sore thanks to this site and the water aerobics yesterday. I had a small bowl of Special K cereal and 1/2 banana.
