Personal Goals
Not so much for healthy breakfast and meals today and no workout done. We are having big meals at home for a special occasion. Been outside and I've just finished barbecuing chicken wings for this evening. I've include that as physical activity
Breakfast was just nescafe with high calcium milk, crackers and 1 1/2 slice of wholemeal bread...30th and 31st are public holidays here in Malaysia, managed to have 1 stretch break (jumping jacks) and no workout today, been preparing meals with mother for guests which we'll be having over tonight.
