Had coffee with skim milk, wholemeal bread and crackers for breakfast, lunch was rice with stir fried local vegetable and fried fish and dinner was oatmeal, skim milk and raisins. It's a fasting month here for the muslims and the bazaar of selling local delicacies are held throughout this month. Stopped by one of the bazaars but didn't found anything that I would really liked to have for dinner. But I think oatmeal will do for dinner. Did the thousands and some yoga afterwards.

Had rice with stir fried mix vegetable with pork meat slices for dinner. Did yoga and this week's challenge moves.
Breakfast; coffe with skim milk, less sugar, baked beans and wholegrain muesli bread. Lunch; scrambled egg whites, wholegrain muesli bread, baked beans and an apple. Dinner; oatmeal with skim milk, raisins & banana.
Had coffee with skim milk, less sugar, wholegrain muesli bread and a slice of papaya for breakfast. Lunch; I had white rice and stir fried mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower). Had a short workout and added some yoga moves.
