Personal Goals
Did half of the Breakfast Challenge workout before realizing I was going to be late for a meeting. Will finish the other portion tonight (made sure I did my pushups and crunches though!). Brought breakfast and lunch to work- AND cleaned most of the mail off of my desk!
First day of the exercise TV challenge done. Decent quick morning workout, and I've been bringing breakfast to work as is. Decluttering to happen later today (how do I get so much mail?? Right von Hottie??)
This football challenge thing should actually help me with my goal of working out in the morning (in the tiny confines of my room). Still doing decently on the food front!
