Catch up time!
Alright, back to talking to Lance Armstrong. It's not the easiest without a smartphone, but oh well, it's good to see and track. The bringing lunch and eating self-made meals is something I'm trying to do anyway to be more fiscally responsible, so this is a good reinforcement. Today will be breakfast (brought from home instead of bought at Dunkin Donuts) and lunch (salad made from home). Class is tonight, so will bang out the personal project hours. Really the most difficult part is going to be remembering to do the crunches and pushups everyday (and by remember I mean actually do) and get in workouts.
Shout-out to von Hottie for ROCKING the silks last night. FLOWER!!!
I'm taking a class this semester that my boss is teaching- first time being a student in five years! That will be my personal project hours for this challenge.
