So...Thursday, mere moments after posting my momentous "yay I ran a lot!!" post, the universe decided to keep me in check and I slipped and fell down the stairs in my apt building. Hard. Alright, universe, I get it, I'm not nearly as badass as I think I am. In any event, I'm a little banged up and working out fri and sat was kind of out of the question. Tonight I decided I would move some since I was feeling a lot better, so I walked two and a half miles in the park tonight. Granted, halfway through I met a friend for gossip and drinks, but it counts.
I had planned on doing crunches for my reps for Sarah robbles, but that's not really doable right now, so I'm going to do squats instead.

Had a great run tonight- three miles! That's right, three. I've only done that once before, and I wrote about it on social workout 1.0. Very exciting! Then did some stretching while watching the sky turn black. Got home right before the skies opened up, thankfully.

I FINALLY joined a new gym. Good news: it's around the corner from my apt! Even BETTER news: they have on demand tv shows on the cardio machines! I got caught up on How I Met Your Mother (holy moley- no spoilers but woah!!t). Bad news: something is up with my knee. Could just be confusion in running again, but I'm not sure. We'll see.

Well Friday, thanks for kicking my ass. My reps are made up of squats, pushups, and crunches. 50 reps this morning, 50 reps in the evening. Home therapy has to happen more!! Also need to actually work out. There will be time for that soon, right?
