Just pigged out on veggie chips & OJ! It's stormy here & just got me in the mood for munchies :)
i stopped logging bc i felt bummed that it wasn't showing that i completed the challenge, but now it does! YAY! I've been eating well since Thu with low/no carbs on 2 of those days! Since May I've been more conscious of what/how much I eat, and make an effort to do cardio at least 5x/week - what a difference. Now Spinning classes don't even tire me at all - I feel like I have so much energy and make way better food choices. Of course I slip, especially when I'm around family. It's the way to bond I guess! But Ive been so good, it's time for some Halloween goodies! :)

took the day off yesterday, so nice 2 be able to practice yoga for realz!& thank god for the gym when it hits 110+!
OK I'm gonna combine these 2 days. Hopefully I burned off my late-night French toast and hash browns& will have tons of energy for tonight's show!!!!
