Today was Jillian Michaels Boost Metabolism ....
Did 35 minutes of a Brazilian Dance routine today which is amazingly low impact but very high energy - so got my hear pumping.
did 20 mins fo jogging, combined with jumping jacks, skaters and high knees. plus 30 minutes of brisk walk
Today's cardio was a brisk walk that included many hills. Breakfast was a mixture of Multigrain cheerios and GoLean high fiber cereal with 1% organic milk.
